  • Production Lead - Grave Shift

    Monitor operators to ensure they are meeting the quality standards for products assigned. Review work cell layout for proper organization and that the proper/serviceable tooling is in place. On-going training/recertification when product/task requirements have been updated OMS/II). Make updates to IQMS including monitoring IQMS Live Feed for work center performance. Addressing issues affecting quality and efficiency. Confirming work orders and labels match with IQ and product. Audit training for proper completion of all data collection forms (i.e. Device History and Build Records, Time Sheets, Line Clearances, Reject Sheets, etc...) with the Operators, Floor Walkers, Material Handlers, Techs and Die Setters. Perform audits throughout the shift that documents are complete and correct and that they adhere to cGMP Standard. Make corrections where discrepancies are identified. Fill in Documentation Error Log and follow-up with Documentation Control if there are discrepancies. Confirm that the Floor Walker has everything needed for packaging. Confirm that the work center is clean, organized and ready for next production work order setup. Verify that IQ has been updated to reflect the new work order is in the 1st position.

  • NPD Operator - Day Shift

    Assist NPD Team with validation and development runs of various production processes. Provide feedback on the processes to improve them prior to release to manufacturing. Minimum Requirements: Ability to read, write, and understand English, positive and patient attitude, good hand eye coordination and basic math skills. Ability to lift 50 lb.

  • Manufacturing Engineering Technician - Day Shift

    Support Engineering build automated equipment in accordance with design specifications, perform validation of equipment to support internal and external customer.  Support production; perform equipment startup if necessary.  Recommend and implement process improvements and corrective actions to include design changes, automation, and equipment improvements.  Create clear and concise standard work instructions appropriate for the end user. Troubleshoot, repair and fabricate production equipment; welding, cutting, assembly.

  • Maintenance Technician - Day Shift

    Hands on molding and machine troubleshooting position. Responsible for the improved operational uptime of the facility and systems through an expanded Preventative Maintenance program. Troubleshoot and repair a variety of Injection Molding and Auxiliary support equipment, including but not limited to: Arburg, Van Dorn and Toyo Injection Molding Machines, Ultrasonic Welders, and/or Multi-axis Industrial Robots. Install and qualify above equipment as necessary. Facility and grounds maintenance as required. Monitor and maintain preventative maintenance program through IQMS. Support and improve the Preventative Maintenance (PM0 program.)
